This privacy policy discloses the data collection and use practices of PixelFish, Inc. (“PixelFish”) in connection with the
PixelFish Web site and all associated PixelFish products and services. We demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy
and protection of your information by providing this statement. We will do everything in our power to ensure your right to privacy.
What Information We Collect/How We Use It
We store and use the information you give us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. All forms in the PixelFish Web site, including “Contact a Video Consultant,” “Splash! Newsletter Sign-Up,” “Partner Program: Contact Us Form,” “Videographer Network Sign-Up,” “Independent Producer & Writer Sign-Up,” and “Ready Ad Library Launch Notification” - as well as any registration information you provide our marketing partners if you joined PixelFish through one of our partners – requests that you provide certain contact and profile information (like your name, email address,
and ZIP code). Some of the requested information is required in order to receive PixelFish services; other information is optional.
The required information is indicated as such on the forms of the PixelFish Web site. Depending on the specific PixelFish products
or services for which a user registers, certain category specific information will be requested. We use this additional data to
personalize your PixelFish experience. By obtaining and using this information, we can provide you with a timely, relevant
and individualized service according to your preferences and interests.
Other than the information we require in order to provide one or more PixelFish products or services to you, you do not have
to provide any further information. However, your election to withhold certain information may limit the value of your PixelFish
experience. In addition, we might receive information about you from outside sources and add it to our contact database. We do
this to improve personalization of our services (for example, providing better newsletter content, advertising or special offers
that we think will interest you).
We may also collect information such as the identification of the server your computer is logged onto and whether you opened a
PixelFish email delivered to you. We also may compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to
avoid sending identical messages to our customers. You can add and/or modify some of the information you have provided by
contacting us using the forms on our Web site, via email to info@pixelfish.com, or by phone (contact information below).
We use all this information in three ways:
- To provide you with personalized information via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
- To send you targeted PixelFish or PixelFish partner advertising via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
- To contact you for feedback and surveys via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
We do not send or support the delivery of unsolicited bulk email (a.k.a. "spam").
